Vintage 90’s? women’s formal Dress by Norman Berg. Dress SEEMS LIKE a small- medium Size. No fabric tag but it FEELS LIKE polyester; there is no stretch in fabric. Beautiful shade of blue with beaded shoulders. Substantial shoulder pads also. Approximate Flat measurements: 43 1/2. total length, chest 21”. PLEASE NOTE: no zipper; this sheath dress slides down over the head, waist & hips. No seen flaws. Good, vintage condition.
