Extremely rare y2k/90s brown burnt velvet floral skirt made by Jaclyn smith Very hard to find. I also have the matching top in another listing Incase you want both. The color does not pick up well on my camera but it’s more brown and a lot more beautiful color in person . Excellent condition. No rips stains or odors.
