Vintage 90s y2k purple velvet dress with shrug

Vintage 90s y2k purple velvet dress with shrug Gorgeous deep purple. Social circles brand size 10p. Hits close to ankle on me, however it is petite size and I'm 5'9". Great condition the strap just has a bit of loose threading. Has an empire waist or milkmaid style bust. Fits a lot like a medium. Straps may have been taken in a bit but the extra fabric is still there if you want them lengthened. Length from top of strap to bottom is 52".
