Vintage 90s y2k rampage gingham mini dress

Super short thick material. ~31 inches long, 26" waist, 32" bust with darting and a snatched waist. Hidden zipper in the back. Material does not stretch and feels like a soft wool blend. Narrow at the hips. Excellent vintage condition. I love this dress but my hips are just not accommodating and I never seem to wear it!
