Vintage 90s/Y2K stunning retro navy blue with baby blue tulle trim gorgeous strapless dress/gown! Fluffy tulle underskirt gives this beauty some volume! This dress may be handmade. No tags-but a name or initials are embroidered inside top of dress. Overall good vintage condition-there is a zig-zag wrinkle on dress skirt(pictured) and some slight yellowing around top of dress from age.
