Vintage 90's/Y2K Dark Blue Sequined High Waisted Flare Pants

Excellent lightly worn condition. So different and one of a kind, and I love the little hearts down the sided. I didn't see any missing sequins, rhinestones, or beads when I inspected them, but due to the age, I can't guarantee that there aren't a very small amount missing. The embellishments are magenta pink and turquoise. The fabric doesn't stretch. Brand is Dotti. Tag says 10, but I believe that is the Australian size. Waist- 13.75 inches across Rise- 9.5 inches Inseam- 31 inches
