This vintage 90s/Y2K I.B. Diffusion skirt is a size 6. This velvet skirt is black, falls to midi length and has a pencil silhouette. It has a zipper closure, two slits on the sides, 100% rayon and is dry clean only. This skirt has whimsigoth witchy vibes and is in good vintage condition. Flaws Seam on zipper needs to be mended.
