Vintage 925 real diamonds box couple & child necklace 80's photo Locket chain

Beautiful sterling silver and genuine real diamonds box for a photo or lock of hair etc, this is a little trinket or Lockett locket box, 925 on back, the front has a heart 3D with a couple and a hugging child! Perfect for a family with a child or family who's adopted a child etc. It was from an estate and came to me with an old photo in it from the 80's. I took out the photo. It's in EXCELLENT condition, weight is about 10.5g. Box is a heavy little chunk of sterling. Beautiful piece.
