Vintage 925 sterling silver bracelet with 925 balls and heart and rose charm

Vintage sterling silver bracelet. Stamped 925. Also was tested by the jeweler as 925. Similar to Tiffany&Co. bracelets, it has sterling silver balls all around. Also has one heart shaped charm with one rose flower in the center. The flower looks like hand painted, but can't say for sure. The charm is not stamped, so could be silver plated. The bracelet is not too heavy, so the balls may be hollow inside. Fits size 6” and smaller. In excellent flawless condition.
