Vintage '94 Handmade Empire Dress w/Matching Flutter Sleeve Shrug

Size unknown but definitely size small. Approx 13.5" across lower chest and 5 ft from top to bottom. Beautiful Burgundy material, much like rayon with a slight stretch. Sleeveless, wrap front with curved empire waist and A line bottom. Shrug is lined with same material as dress, outside is a deep burgundy velvet. Flutter sleeves. Needs to be repaired at the seam on the right inner shoulder, Barely noticeable, easily fixable.
