Vintage 98.6% Sterling Silver Ethnic necklace

This is a vintage handmade intricately crafted 98.6% sterling silver unique ethnic necklace. It is beautifully handcrafted and stamped by artist. I can’t make out the name. I believe it maybe by Barbara Bixby as all the designs I seen by her have the same flower design. I had the sterling silver content measured at 98.6%. The necklace is adjustable from approximately 16.5 to 20”, and is 66.7 grams.
