Vintage AEO smocked dress (early 2000s)

Navy mini dress with smocked back, pockets (!!!!) and removable straps. Purchased from American Eagle Outfitters sometime around 2008(?). It has held up so well! Because of the smocked back, side boning, and thick dark fabric it works really well without a bra. Perfect for hot summer days!
