Vintage 1980s red and black polka dot party dress by A.J. Bari. New with Tags from approx. the 1980s 80s It has tags but there it is in great vintage condition with flaws noted below. The dress features a layered Tiered Ruffled skirt with crinoline. Strapless and boned to create a gorgeous sweetheart neckline contouring the bust. Back zipper closure. There is a ribbon around the interior waist to clasp to cinch the waist. Great condition though it has tags it may have been altered please see the interior photos. It also shows signs of wear at the bust line interior unseen when wearing. Also, has a tiny stain and a few of the velvet dots have fallen off the print of the dots are part of the materials. There are various loose threads that I feel uncomfortable cutting. There is an indention in the bodice see the photos where this is pointed out and shown up close and at a distance.
