Vintage A-Line Button-Up Mini Dress With Belt

Very cute 60’s style mini dress (Length: 28”). Also cute styled with a longer skirt or open as a layering piece. Plus it has real pockets! Unsure what decade it’s from but I purchased it from a vintage market and it’s in overall very good condition minus one small stain on a pocket seen in the last photo (can likely be washed off).
