The length is approximately 22 inches and waist is approximately 13 inches across. But the skirt is a wool jersey with some stretch and has a flat elastic waistband. Hope this helps!

it'd probably fit me. it's really more of a personal preference. i don't like my skirts to hang past the top of my knees. any longer and it makes me look stubby. not that you care but that's my story... :)
