Vintage ART Cabochon Filigree Brooch Blue and Gold + Scarf Clip

Vintage signed ART for Arthur Pepper gold tone filagree brooch with turquoise tone cabochon. This is a brooch that also is a scarf or shoe clip, as it has a hinged piece on the back. Beautiful dramatic vintage piece made to look antique with its intricate filagree design. Oval shape with pointed edges at top and bottom. About one inch wide x two inches high. Excellent pre-loved condition with only light wear. Measurements and condition can be seen in photos.
