Gorgeous vintage mid century cameo style brooch that can also be worn as a pendant features a blue background and woman in a ponytail with faux pear bezel and faux pearl necklace inside the cameo. Approx 2" x 1.5" In good estate jewelry condition with wear and patina consistent with the age of the piece. Gold tone is faded, but all micro faux pearl beads are intact.
