Vintage Act 1 dress

EUC Beautiful green/teal 2 piece dress by Act 1 New York. Suit top with fabric buttons down front. Large shoulder pads that extends past shoulders for poof long sleeve. Dainty ecru crochet collar. Peplum lower that has structure. Skirt is a mid length circle cut with elastic waistband. No material tag, my guess is a cotton/polyester blend. It has the feel of a lightweight sweatshirt. Labeled size 7/8 Please refer to measurements laying flat for desired fit. Material has give except for the waist at peplum. Top: pit to pit 18” Sleeve 23” Waist 15” Back shoulder to shoulder 14.5” Length 23” Skirt: Waist 13-15” Length 30”
