Vintage Adolfo 100% Silk Blouse

Vintage Adolfo at Saks Fifth Ave 100% silk blouse. No size tag but fits like a 2/4. I bought this at an estate sale years ago so it definitely needs some TLC. Tried to accurately represent the staining in the photos. The sleeve detail is stunning and has holes for cufflinks. There are two metal clasps sewn on the back- not sure what they are for? Any questions let me know
