Vintage Adolph Schuman for Lilli Ann faux fur with side trim jacket 1970s Medium Adolph Schuman started Lilli Ann in San Francisco in 1933 and named the company after his wife, Lillian. After WWil, he went to France and bought fabrics from small companies in financial straits after the war that were in danger of closing.
