Vintage Adorable Button Up Dress

This is the most adorable and flattering dress. it breaks my heart to sell it but I've never worn it. Dark almost black navy blue with beautiful red print on the inside and around the waist tie edges. slightly puffy textured sleeves. there are slimming lines around the waist. all buttons attached and functional. some small white spots on one sleeve, otherwise in great condition. Size is medium, it is slightly on the smaller side.
