Vintage Advance Suit Pattern Edith Head For Shirley Jones in PEPE

Advance 9691; ca. 1961; Misses' Suit sewing pattern. Created by Edith Head for Shirley Jones co-starring in "Pepe". Sz. 16. It has been cut and is missing 2 pieces which are C (waistband) and M (Belt). Should be easy to re-create these 2 pieces. Envelope has a lot of wear and tears, writing in pencil on front.
