Vintage African shirt

Vintage South African shirt, purchased in the 90’s. My husband (the reluctant model who refused to remove his blue shirt) has a 42” chest and this is very loose on him as shown in the second image. He’s 5’11 for reference. Pictures tell the best story. Ask any questions you have prior to purchase.
