Vintage Ala Carte California fit n flare

Beautiful fit and flare vintage dress from all a cart of California. In excellent condition with no tear stains or smell. Measurements are in the photos. This dress would best fit a petite four or six. I am a six l, but my bodice is long, so it did not fit me … I was heartbroken. It has an elastic waist and will stretch up to a 16 (32 ), But I would not recommend it for the styling of the dress I would not go past a laying flat 15 inch waist (30) There is no zipper so it is a pull over your head, I’m a 38 inch bust and I don’t think I would go over that in order to get it over your bust without stretching too much with possible tearing or weakening of the elastic. Tie straps can adjust. The dress feels like it is made of polyester, there is no other tag than the maker Versatile-from 50s Rockabilly to BoHo cottage core … it has so many options! Dress is featured with a petticoat underneath and belt, both of which are not included.
