Vintage Alain Manoukian Knit Skirt

Vintage elastic waist skirt, styled in France. Fun fuschia color and nice waistband details. Tag says size 10, which is smaller than a modern day 10z very good vintage condition, waistband elastic appears strong. I believe it is wool, but material is not listed in tag. Measurements: Waist: 12.5 inches unstretched Top to bottom length: 28 inches Width at bottom of skirt: 21 inches
