Vintage Alain Manoukian creme silk blouse size 38

What a lovely blouse this is! This is a true creme color silk blouse by French designer Alain Manoukian. Buttons are even covered in silk. One pin size spot on sleeve, see photo. French cuffs, will need cuff links!! Straight hem no side slits. In overall great condition. The feel of this silk is devine! Extra button inside. One thread that could be easily trimmed off, see pic. Thank you for looking!
