Vintage Albert Capraro Cherry Red & White Halter Dress 4

Made in Hong Kong. Labeled a size 4. I’m guessing this is more like a 0. Lined upper. Full skirt. Buttons down the side with eye hook fastenings. Buttons need to be reinforced. This dress is too small for my mannequin. String belt loops but no belt included. Fabric is in Excellent overall condition. Bust is 14 flat. Waist is 12. Length is 38 inches.
