Amazing vintage tropical skirt. Brilliant colors, beautiful print. Side slit with lining. There is no fabric or size tag. It is not a flimsy skirt, feels like it could be a cotton blend, but I’m not sure. Quite soft. 42” long, waist laying flat 14.5”. Teeny tiny spot on waistband. Picture included. Please make sure measurements work for you. Waistband is not elastic.
