Vintage Alex Evenings Beaded Sequin Fringe Floral Velvet Burnout Dress 10

Silk blend whimsigoth dress. Some of the beads and sequins are loose or missing. Not very noticeable from a distance. It looks like the straps on the back may have been shortened/adjusted. I would love to keep it, but it’s a little too big. I am 5’4” for reference. Comes from a pet friendly home
