Size ladies Medium Fabric 100% polyester It has short flowy sleeves, the top has pink pear lizard buttons to keep it closed, but the bottom is split open from the waist down. There is a tie that goes around back to accentuate your waist with. Item maybe was worn 1-2X’s & then packed away.
