Lovely vintage 90’s Jones New York dress. In like-new condition. Simple yet elegant with a slight cowl neck and double skirt. Feels very nice on. No stretch (or zipper!) so it should fit slightly loosely in true 90s fashion. Bust: 31” Hips: 33” Shoulder to hem: 39”
