Vintage Alison Peters black wrap dress

Vintage (80s?) Alison Peters faux wrap dress. Black, polyester. I am 5’7” and it hits me below the knee. Low cut, plunge neckline (this dress is too big for me and I have a small bust, so this would likely be more revealing on someone bustier). Shoulder pads. Excellent condition! Gently used. Tag says size 12, but I would say this is more of modern day 10. Waist band is elastic and has lots of stretch to it.
