We polished this and gave it a nice protective coating of both polish and leather conditioner. It has some mildly distressed spots that perhaps with some more polish will come back to black, or they can be re-dyed with leather dye. Personally I like the age and distressing so I left it so as not to detract from its aging. I added a few photos to show the details. Measurements are also in the photos.
