This dress is very cool. Like too cool for me to wear now. It is very steampunk. All Saints from around 2009. It has leather buckle straps. There was an alteration done to shorten the straps looks like it’ll come out easily. This item is sized in UK sizes. It translates to a size 4 US.

@eelkins4190 The tag says size 8. They use UK sizing, or did at the time I bought the dress. It is a US size 4. I can take some measurements for you if you want.
