Vintage Amber toned necklace

I bought this one-of-a-kind vintage necklace at an estate sale. It is quality as the backside is shiny and the stones are glass. The weight is 27 g. The length to the first medallion is 16 inches. Beautiful fall colors. I do not know how it was made or what brand it is. A very unique piece.
