The sleeves can be turned up and match the stripes on the upper part of coat.
The scarf is 7 1/2" W X 50" L.
Measurements are:
Armpit to armpit is 18"
Length of coat is 43"
15" shoulder to shoulder.
The coat is in very good condition for it's age!!!
