Vintage American Design red rose floral maxi dress Valentines 10 M

Vintage maxi A line dress tag sz 10 hand written see measurements for fit approximately a Medium. red and white roses with polka dot ties. Zip up back, slit sleeve with tiny buttons at bottom. The only flaw I have found is a small pull close to the zipper on the back. It is not a hole or rip just looks stretched when looking up close. Chest 38” Waist 33” and ties allow it to be cinched in to as small as 24” Length 50”
