Vintage American Girl Samantha Parkington Doll Retired Rare Winter Collection

Retired in 2008, this Winter Collection outfit from 1988 is part of Samantha Parkington Historical Collection and is rare and hard to fine. Contains plaid gaiters and cape, elegant hat and muff and The American Girls Collection hanger. Black Watch tartan blue and green cape. Navy braid trim. Two slits for dolls' hands in the front sides. Navy bow at collar. Blue and green plaid gaiters. Navy ribbons. Four black round buttons up sides. Elastic loops to attach under shoes. White faux fur beret with white faux fur button on top. White faux fur muff. Elastic to secure onto doll's wrist. Condition: Gently used with minimal signs of wear. I was not allowed to play with my dolls. Hat shows one tiny area of discoloration. I have not attempted to launder this garment in any way. This outfit is associated with the book Changes for Samantha by Valerie Tripp. I am the original owner.
