Few questions: 1) Do you know the waist measurement? 2) What type of fabric are these made from? 3) Do these fit true to size or do they run small?

@emily3315 Hi Emily! So these measure 16 inches across, they are made from 96% cotton and 4% spandex and have been washed, so no shrinking! And they are true to size, as in women's juniors wear like sizes 3, 5, 7, 9, and these are 11. Hope this helps! Lmk if you have any other questions :)
