Up for your consideration is this beautiful light forest green and black 2 piece set by Andrea Gayle. It's 100% polyester but feels silky.... a very nice fabric. The waist on the skirt is elastic and the blouse has a wide elastic waist as well though it buttons up with hidden buttons starting above the elastic waist. This set is in excellent condition without issues.
