Brand: Angelheart Designs Description: A tank dress where the top bottons to the skirt. To be honest, I can not tell if it would work as a separates. The skirt part has a fitted waistband with no opening or elastic. The top part would for sure be able to be worn as just a pullover tank. The color is a purply-blue.
