These are Vintage Ankle Weights. They are at least 39-40 years old. There is some fading but they are in good shape for how old they are. I am showing the weight of each one and the total of both in the last photo. One weighs slightly more than the other. I believe they were supposed to be 2 1/2 pounds each but?????

is the velcro on them still good? they're not going to fall off my ankles when I start to do leg lifts are they? my ankles are very small, do they look like they're going to fit on them okay? I had some from Walmart and they fit fine because the strap had the velcro on the way around. do yours do that? are you able to add a picture of them on your ankles please? THANKS SO MUCH!!
