@ekilcer sorry for the delay. PTP is approx 23 inches and has plenty of of room to stretch. I measured it buttoned up. Unbuttoned was a little hard to measure approx 24-25 inches. Shoulder pads are not removable. They are sewn under the lining. Let me know if you need more info I have it out so I can get you whatever you need to decide. :) thanks!
