Ann Stevens Vintage Plaid Skirt Kilt-style Button closure at waist Wool & polyester blend. No tags!!! Please see measurements given in photos. Please Note: This skirt is missing a button!!! There are supposed to be two buttons. The outer one is missing- please see the last two photos that show where it should be placed & the assigned buttonhole for it. It is an easy fix OR you could just use safety pin/brooch/etc. in place of one.
