Vintage 100% Silk Organza Black Skirt with layer of tulle and nylon lining in excellent condition. Has a band waist with hidden back zip closure and metal clasp. This skirt hits just above the knee and fits at the true waist. What a fun skirt to wear with a dressy top as shown or dress fun casual with a cute pair of booties!
