Vintage Ann Taylor paisley mini skirt

Beautiful vintage paisley pattern mini skirt from Ann Taylor. Brown / beige on a black pattern. Lined and not sheer. 100% rayon outer, 100% polyester. Hidden zipper opening. Tragically does not fit me any more so I’m hoping to pass it on. Measurements lying flat: Length: 16” Waist: 12” I am a size medium / 28” waist and this is wayyy too small for me- in the try on photo, it is unzipped and I am holding it up to show the fit. This would be best for a size xs / 24” waist. Can work for a smaller waist to wear it more low waisted. Flaws: The lining is slightly torn away from the shell near the bottom of the zipper (second to last photo)- not visible / noticeable when worn and the zipper is still functional - I think this could be fixed but I never bothered since it doesn’t affect the way it looks when worn. The lining is roughly cut/ not neatly hemmed (last photo) - not visible when worn. Looks very 90s, like something Realisation par would sell.
