Vintage Anna Sui Black Floral Pleated Skirt S

Purchased in NYC early/mid-1990s during Sui's famous baby doll dress fashion period. Never wore it, also never (& will not be) cleaned/dry cleaned. Not positive but tag looks like it was made on a sewing machine. Condition excellent. Only size on skirt is "Petite", S or XS? elasticized waist, front & back same. Sheer fabric with black slip. Slip is 1.5" shorter than sheer skirt so sheer shows at bottom. 100% rayon, dry clean. Made in USA. 24" waist, can stretch to 26" 18.75" length
