The detailed design is on a printed paper thats glued to a wooden hanger. There is a metal hanger that does swivel and retract slightly in and out of the backside mounting block. However, this item is vintage and preowned does show individual evidence of some surface scratches, spots of printed wear, edge wear that could be unnoticed with casual observation.
