Vintage Another Time Long Sleeve Black Velvet Shrug Swing Jacket Overcoat XL

Made of 86% polyester and 14% spandex. Features a draped front and cuffed sleeves and is super soft. Laying flat measures about 26" pit to pit, and 23" sleeves.
