Vintage Antique Ceramic Italian Girl w Parasol in the Wind Ultra Rare 9” Inches

Italian ceramic girl with parasol in the wind. Looks to be from early to mid-century piece. The artist communicated movement of the wind throughout the artwork with flowing garments, braided hair and parasol shifting to one side. Measures approximately 9” H x 6” L. It has some minor small chips (see photos).
